What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address and the display name you choose. When you use HOMER, we store your picks, comments, and room activity so the app actually works — you can’t have a prediction room without predictions.

Down the road, once Action-tracking features ship, we’ll also store activity related to Actions (who owes whom, settlement status). We’ll update this page when that happens.

Why we collect it

Short answer: to make the app work. Your picks need to be saved so HOMER can announce them, track your record, and roast you later. Your email is used for authentication and account recovery. That’s it.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal data. We don’t share it with advertisers. When you tap through to a prediction market (Kalshi, Polymarket, etc.), that platform has its own privacy policy — we just send you there via a referral link.

Cookies & analytics

We use standard cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We may add basic analytics to understand how people use the app. We’ll keep this section updated if that changes.

Questions?

If you have questions about your data, reach out and we’ll give you a straight answer.
